Q: Is my e-mail really 100% anonymous?
A: Yes. The recipient has no way of knowing where the e-mail originated.

Q: How long does it take to deliver?
A: It can take from 1-12 hours for your e-mail to be delivered. That's because it is bounced off many random servers.

Q: How can I be certain my IP won't show up?
A: Create a new account with a free provider like Hotmail, Gmail, or Yahoo. Send an email through our servers, then check the mail, and check the IP address. You will notice that your IP address is nowhere to be found. You will also notice that the IP addresses and location change if you try and send another mail. They're totally sent through random servers.

Q: Will I be able to send e-mail from my work address, too?
A: AYou should never send e-mail from your work adddress using our system, unless you have already typed the e-mail message on your own personal computer first. The reason is, many companies (especially in the United States) use various keyloggers on company computers to see what their employees are typing. So, even though you could send an email and the recipient wouldn't know who sent it, the information you typed on your office computer might be read by your employer if they record keystrokes.

Q: Is it possible to receive a reply to my message?
A: Yes. It's possible for you to receive a reply, and for you to include a reply address. We tell you how to do it securely, and anonymously.

Q: What are the different ways I can send my mails?
1. You can send an e-mail without any return address (sent from anonymous)

2. You can make up an address, even if it doesn't exist (but can't receive a reply)

3. You can create a real address, without the recipient knowing your real location.

Q: Can I send attachments?
A: No. This is to protect our systems from viruses, and abuse.

Q: Can I send an e-mail to multiple recipients?
A: No. This is to protect against spam. In addition, trying to send the same e-mail message multiple times will cause our system to block your messages. Repeat offenders accounts will be closed.

Q: Do you save e-mails?
A: No. Once your e-mail is sent through our anonymous system it is not saved, nor can it be retrieved.
